Norway:

The order usually gets shipped within 4 business days after purchase, and it will usually be delivered within 5-8 business days. Shipping costs 80 NOK.

Europe:

After the order is accepted it varies from 10-21 business days, until delivery! It costs 90 NOK and taxes/customs occur in your country.
